Meandar Castellum is a delicate red vintage quality wine from the winery Erdut. This noble wine with a ruby red color is composed of the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon en Zweigelt. It contains a perfect ratio of wine acids en tannins which means that this special wine has a long shelf life. It has a pronounced flavor structure and a fruity aroma.
The Meandar Castellum is preserved in ancient oak barrels where it can mature and taste good. This special vintage wine is best served at a temperature of 16-18°C, and is best served with red meat, aged cheeses and other hearty dishes.

A blend of Pinot noir, Cabernet Sauvignon and Zweigelt, I think it's fine for the price and to try it once, but I like a fuller wine better, if it was a bit more mature
