In what ways can I pay?
You can pay for your order with us with:
- Belfius Direct Net
- Pay afterwards with Klarna
- Credit Card
- American Express
- Cartes Bancaires (Carte Bleue)
- Klarna immediately
- Apple Pay
- Billie, business pay afterwards
- Manual bank transfer to our account.
When collecting, you have the option to pay directly on the spot with your smartphone. We will then create a payment request on the spot with our payment processor Mollie. Our preference is to pay online in advance, this is faster, safer and less hassle. Your order from Croatian wine of olive oil we'll get it ready for you right away.
Can I also pay for my order afterwards?
Yes. You can pay with us afterwards via Klarna or by means of your credit card. When you place an order, the amount is reserved on your credit card. The actual debit is only made after delivery. Some webshops charge extra costs for payment afterwards, we do not, and we never will.
Pay Klarna afterwards
Almost one in three consumers prefer to pay for their order afterwards. It gives some a sense of security. So you can first view your order and if you like it, you can pay it afterwards. During the checkout you can choose Klarna pay afterwards as a payment option, after which your creditworthiness will be checked by Klarna. If your payment via Klarna is rejected by Klarna, you of course also have the option to pay the order via another payment method.
As soon as you pay with a credit card, an amount is reserved on your credit card. The actual debit will only take place after you have received the order. That way you pay afterwards.
Pay afterwards for business via Billie
Business customers can also pay with us afterwards. This is facilitated by Billie (Buy Now, Pay Later for B2B via Billie). This is possible for customers in the Netherlands, Germany, Austria and Sweden. Billie uses a payment term of 30 days. The payment is then made entirely via Billie. Can I pay for my order in cash on pick up?
We would like to ask you to pay online as much as possible. If you do not want or cannot pay for the order in advance, you also have the option to pay for the order online via Klarna afterwards.
When picking up the order you can choose the ordered wine or olive oil You can also pay with PIN or via your smartphone. This prevents an extra moment of contact when picking up your order.
Who processes my payment?
All payments are processed by our partner and payment processor Mollie. Do you see Mollie or Stg Mollie Payments on your bank statement? Then you have bought something at a webshop that uses our payment platform. You see Mollie on your bank statement, because they arrange the payment process. When you pick up your order, you can also pay it with your PIN, Contactless, credit card or via your smartphone. More information about SumUp can be found on their website on the page About SumUp.
Manual bank transfer
If you choose a manual bank transfer, we will process the payment ourselves.
Can I also pay by invoice?
If you are a business customer, we also offer some customers the option to pay by invoice. If you want to use this, please contact with us. We use a payment term of 14 days. Sign up yourself by creating an account via 'My Account', this is one of the conditions to be able to use payment by invoice.
If you have not paid the invoice on time several times and we have had to go after it more often, we can withdraw the invoice payment for you. You can then only use other payment methods as mentioned above.
What is your account number?
If you chose to place your order via manual bank transfer when ordering, you can transfer the amount to our IBAN. Transfer the total amount directly to our bank account DE38 1001 1001 2627 3215 36 in the name of Adrianysus. Use your order number as payment reference. Your order will only be shipped once we have received the payment.

- Pay with another browser or device
Do you receive a message that the order or payment has failed, but money has been debited? Then we will pay you back. How quickly you receive the money depends on the reason and your payment method. Will I also receive an invoice?
You will automatically receive an invoice by email after you have placed the order. This is a PDF file. If for some reason you have not received an invoice, or if you have lost it, please contact us contact with us. Do you always want to be able to see all your orders and invoices? register yourself by creating an account via 'My Account' with the same email address with which you placed the order(s). You can then see all your (future) invoices and orders.
