Delivery and returns
Your order will be delivered to your home free of charge for orders over 65,00 euros. In other cases you pay a small contribution to the delivery costs for shipment to the entire European Union and a number of small countries. An overview of countries we ship to are:

Do you ship to Norway?
No, unfortunately we do not currently ship packages to Norway.
Do you ship to United Kingdom?
With the departure of the United Kingdom from the European Union on January 31, 2020, we no longer send parcels to the United Kingdom.
How can I return the wine?
If you have bought too much wine or if the wine is not completely to your liking, you can of course return this wine as a consumer. We are not fussy about returning wine. Please contact us so that we know that you want to return the wine.
You have the choice to choose a replacement wine, a shop credit or we will refund the full amount (including any shipping costs) to you within 30 days at the latest.
Can I also pick up the wine?
Yes, you can also pick up the wine directly from us in Berghem in the Netherlands. Please contact us so that we know that you want to pick up the wine. Or choose when ordering that you want to pick up your order. We ensure that the wine is ready at the agreed time.
