Grasevina

Graševina is a quality white wine made from the grapes of the same name. It is the most popular wine in Croatia. These grapes are produced by the winery Erdut grown along the fertile banks of the Danube.

Thanks to the sun, the Graševina a characteristic light yellow color with a green sheen and a characteristic aroma. This one Graševina is put in after harvest oak barrels stored for maturing. Graševina wine from Croatia is a fresh dry White wine with a light pleasant aroma of honey and apple. Ideal as a summer wine or with a good gerecht.

De Graševina has small, thick-skinned grapes in the form of small compact racemes with short pedicel, green to gold colored, with brown spots depending on ripeness. The Graševina can be the best cool served at a temperature of 10-12 °C.

It has a nice pleasant slightly bitter aftertaste and is best with light Mediterranean dishes but also goes well with the dishes of the exotic cuisines. Served cool, between 10-12 °C, the rose most appropriate.
