Returns Policy

Returns can only be processed if the product is unopened and in its original condition.
If you have a bottle of wine or olive oil If you don't like it, no problem! Just return the opened bottle along with the other unopened bottles.
The return must be reported to us within 30 days of receiving the order. After this, you have another 14 days to return the product.

How to Register a Return?

Please send an email to our customer service via the contact form. with your order number and the reason for return.
You will receive a confirmation from us and further instructions on how to return the product.

Return Shipping Costs

The costs for returning the products are for your own account, unless it concerns a defective or incorrectly delivered product. In that case we will reimburse the return costs.
We advise to send the package with track & trace, so you can follow the shipment. We are not responsible for lost returns.
You can also return the product directly to us in Berghem (Netherlands). Please contact contact with us so we know you are coming.

Refunds

Once we receive the product in good condition, we will process the refund within 14 days.
The amount will be refunded via the payment method you used during your purchase.
If the value of the returned product has diminished due to use, we reserve the right to withhold part of the refund amount.
You can order the bottles of wine or olive oil You can also exchange it for other wines or convert the amount into store credit for a next order.
